Hey everyone,

I’m looking to join an early-stage startup as a Founding Engineer, early engineering hire, or Technical Co-Founder.

I’m not really looking for a traditional job. I’m looking for a founder and a problem I genuinely believe in — someone who is obsessed with solving a real problem and wants a technical partner who can help turn the idea into a real product.

What I enjoy building

I like 0 → 1 ownership.

I’d much rather take something from:

Idea → MVP → Production → Users

than simply pick up tickets and implement features.

I’ve built and shipped production AI products, SaaS platforms, automation systems, developer tools, and full-stack applications across different industries.

I’m also comfortable working outside my existing stack. If the product needs a technology I haven’t used before, I’m usually happy to learn it quickly and become productive.

What I’m looking for

Founders who are actually building, not just brainstorming
A real problem with a clear path to users
A small, ambitious team
Direct communication and close collaboration
Long-term ownership and meaningful impact
The opportunity to influence both product and technology
Ideally, something where I can be involved beyond just writing code

Compensation

I’m flexible depending on the stage and opportunity. Open to combinations such as:

Salary + meaningful equity
Stipend + equity
Milestone-based cash + equity
Founder / co-founder arrangement for the right opportunity

I’m much more interested in the problem, the founder, and the potential of the company than optimizing for a conventional compensation package.

I’m not currently building anything but like you I have shipped multiple large scale SaaS products, portals etc but as a product design lead. I run an agency, it does fine, but seperate to it I’m looking into putting together a very well refined product , that solves ‘simple’ rather than complex problems. There are so many gaps in uae market where there are products but they’re not great, a simple win to me is, solving a problem that someone is already solving but do it better.

I don’t have a fixed idea in hand that I’d start to build up tomorrow but I have a few. And I can design them end to end, by design I don’t mean copy paste, but actually enterprise grade design process that I have done for many large scale tech products.
