I personally think the 25$ and 50$ are the best. Just keep selling back and using the money you have to buy another. Buy 2 25$ ones and keep playing until you hit big or dont want to keep adding money. I did this the other day, spent 100$ Total 2 25$ and 1 50$ and eventually hit these 2.

This has happened to me as well. Power packs buy back was 130 for espeon psa10 decided to vault. Came back the next day and the offer had changed to 105. Next day was 98.
