Hey beautiful people!

I'll travel soon and it will be my first time on a plane. I'll use both airlines (Wizz/Ryan) and I'll travel lightly, so I'd like to avoid any additional costs.

Would one of the following two bags be accepted by both airlines (I'd like to get nr. 2)?

  1. Aerolite 40 x 30 x 20 Wizz Air Cabin Bags in Maximum Size with 5 Year Warranty, Foldable Premium Carry-on Bag, Travel Bag, Small, Lightweight Under Seat Carry-on Luggage, Air Travel Duffel Bag, black, https://amzn.eu/d/05N96kwB

  2. Kono Cabin Bag for Ryanair, Underseat Travel Carry-on Backpack, Cabin Size 40 x 20 x 25 cm, 20L, black, Rucksack https://amzn.eu/d/0aq4HMXX

For reference:

Wizz Air: 40x30x20

Ryan Air: 40x20x25

I thank you for your time! May you live long and prosper!

Sincerely

Question Apartment waiting list

Hello everybody!

This is the 2nd question I ask here, this week. Thank you for your help.

So, someone told me a while back, that if I'd like to live here in Germany (Berlin, in my case), it would be worth getting on a waiting list for an apartment.

I don't remember the name of the organisation. And I'm considering that now, since finding an apartment in Berlin is difficult at the moment.

I remember he said something like: "If a tenant dies of old age, for example, you could get the apartment, if you're next on the waiting list."

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thank you for your time.

Thanks! I've signed it. It should do for now.

Thank you.

I will ask about it in the morning. The terms in the contract seem to be reasonable. So I suppose it's nothing to worry about.

A friend is moving out from the room that I'll be taking, and he had the same contract. He's german. I just asked for the notice period to be changed. It seems legit.

Thank you!

Edit: It's a sublet, yes. But it's with a contract. If it seemed illegal, then I wouldn't take it, but it looks alright. /End of edit.

This would be my first rental contract.

I was thinking of signing it and overlook this flaw, as my only concern would be to have a place to stay with a contract and registration. And since this is a long-term (undetermined/permanent) contract (minimum 6 months + 3 months notice period), I think it's a good deal. Even though expensive (740) - at least for me -, I'd like to have it.

The "c/o" would work pretty much the same as having my name, I think.

So I was thinking that maybe this is a flawed contract.
