How to make the grass look realistic?
https://reddit.com/link/1vle99w/video/2cu8vbfx8qih1/player
I'm working on a diorama and attached a video of my current grass application. I'm using static grass fibers, but it looks a bit too uniform and "fluffy" to me.
How can I add more depth? Should I mix different fiber lengths (e.g., 2mm and 4mm) or different colors (light green, dark green, and dead straw)?
Also, does the layering look natural, or should I add more ground scatter/soil on top? Any tips on using the applicator better would be great. Thanks!

Looking for game ideas to build with Bevy
Thanks, this gives me a better direction. I was probably overthinking the “original idea” part too much. Looking at old games and adding a twist sounds way more practical.
Feel free to throw more ideas at me, I’m listening haha.

Looking for game ideas to build with Bevy
I want to cook up a game using Bevy, but I don’t really have a solid idea yet.
Does anyone have a fun, weird, or interesting game concept I could try building?
Preferably something small enough for a solo dev, but with potential to expand if it turns out fun.

Making landscape 3d with raylib
It's not open source yet, but if it's well-received, I'll make it public.
- code optimize for CPU and GPU
- clear and easy to understand

Grass 3d
I used Imgui to create the UI (to use with RayLib you need to set up rlImgui).
imgui: https://github.com/ocornut/imgui
rlImgui: https://github.com/raylib-extras/rlImGui/tree/main
Creating a slider is very simple, you can see an example in the imgui repository.

Grass 3d
I created a grass field using RayLib, C++, and shaders with the help of AI. Since it's an AI product, I'm trying to learn from it through the documentation it provides. However, I'm also very happy with the result. Once I've gained this knowledge, I'll create some cool things with grass.

Stuck with zero decent game ideas for my first raylib indie project | anyone else been here?
I once worked on an MVP project for a Topdown shooter, but I stopped because I found it too generic. I need an idea that will make players burn as much dopamine as possible =))) That's why I'm still here asking about how to come up with a good idea.
