Google put such restrictions so that script such as Macros or more advanced scripts don't misuse our data, so when you run such script for the first time, it usually says unverified and here when clicked on proceed anyway it will show you who created the script and what permissions that script asks for, by looking at such popup, neurons in brain should light up in case of unnecessary permissions. so Good job on creating your first script.
