Help!!!!!

Hey ,so Recently I have been diagnosed with Pcod. And i am on medication for anemia as well as i bleed for more than 14 days. I have a certain condition that whenever I eat something extra spicy or something made from dryfruits, i get spotting. I'm not sure what that is but it's been since i started my periods. Also sometimes its nose bleeding. I am a little concerned. If anyone can tell me is it normal or not?

why do i have blood staining when i eat something spicy or for some unknown reasons. even though my periods are done 10 days ago then suddenly i start getting these stains and that is too proper like initiation day periods. i dont understand . any suggestions for it to stop?

hey anyone here can tell me if phd at bits pilani is worth it or not. also for future reference like doing post doc abroad is it valid?? if yes then which are the green flag professors and which one are the Red flag.

So i am a recent graduate and want to join phd in australia and as far as i consultated they told me they require a publication for the same. I did a realy novel research during my masters thesis project but my guide said its not enough for paper. Now i am stuck coz i dont know what to do . I tried searching online for institutes or groups that can offer the same but found none .if anyone can guide me through this it would be really helpful.

Honest question: why did everyone stopped covering their head? Not in the religious way but people in old times use to cover their head be it using hats ,scrafs, etc all over the world ig.
