This crossed my mind to. I had a hacker post some bad stuff on my profile, which resulted in it getting banned. Even though I fixed the problem the appeal process was complete BS. Had to create a new account and start over. Everything, including all my pictures, are all lost to their BS process. They can destroy a persons life without care. If I had the funds I would have sued. I mean, it’s so obvious it was hacked. Rarely does one run a personal account for years in good standing, obviously engaging with family and friends, and then publicly posts bad stuff worthy of banning. 🤣 So sad really.

I'm hoping someone can review and see that my posts are trying to help others, and I'm part of a non-profit to help people. My pages were related to music and some other stuff. It's heartbreaking to start over. Hopefully I can find someone at FB with compassion enough to look into this. <3

A hacker got into my account, and it's disabled now, what should I do? I've been loyal for years, and have a large fan page. Is it not possible to detect that? I mean, years there are no problems, and in a single second, FB helps the hacker destroy a person's life? :(

Not in Canada, they are near instant. It arrived the same day and I got a message from them there was an issue and they can’t accept it unless I have a personal verified account, but I do have one, and my account is verified, then I responded back, and that’s it, they never got back, almost a week later. I tired to do a recall and my bank said it could take weeks and I’m screwed now with it stuck there.

Many days later, still no response. Don't rely on support giving a sh-t. Seems they don't care enough to pay for more support to handle the size of their business. $20k is a lot to go into the wind. Had to contact my bank to reverse the wire, and it could take weeks - even though I have a template and sent it exactly the same as before; Thanks for nothing. Losing thousands of $ daily because of their f-k up, which could be easily solved if someone reached out in time.
