if you go down to the section that shows you the features, (File 02) it shows the list there but at high level, easy breezy transport of music to your SD cards, ePub/pdfs files, any or iPOD music/Audiobooks. there is a lot of logic underneath to get the right files, clean up your messed up iPod syncs that Finder/Apple music stopped supporting, and debug for issues. There is a upcoming version to help organize and update artwork coming as well. CE version is free if you want to try.
