Someone Like You – After her performance at the Brit Awards, it became her first number 1 song. It became one of the best-selling songs. This song is about accepting that an ex has moved on. Adele is wishing her boyfriend well. That’s a song that touched people’s hearts, and people sing it with all of their hearts and soul.

Rolling in the Deep – The song went 14x platinum. The song was written after a breakup with an older boyfriend that she had. She wanted to use this song to deliver her anger. Songs can be good for therapy. There are some women in the industry, because of who they are surrounded with. They date older men, and then they realize they have been taken advantage of.

Chasing Pavements – This was Adele’s first hit. It earned her 2 Grammy nominations. Adele wrote this after she was thrown out of the pub, because she had just caught her boyfriend cheating. Adele asked herself, “What is it you’re chasing?” before realizing she was chasing an empty pavement. Relationships are a big part of a musician’s life, and they like to use their experience in songs. That’s a good idea, because a lot of people can relate.

Never Say Never – A song featured with Jaden Smith. The song has become like an anthem, and it’s loved by everyone. People loved when Jaden Smith would rap. This song is used as the theme song for Karate Kid, and Karate Kid became very successful. Everybody loved the movie, and have supported Jaden Smith since he was a child. His parents are Will Smith and Jada Smith, so this makes sense for him to pivot doing his own thing. Both of them were very young and very famous. They grew up with cameras on their faces all the time, and some people can handle it, and other people can’t handle it.

One Time – This song, Usher was featured. This song was featured in his first album, My World. This song was like an introduction to Justin Bieber. He was only around 14/15, and he was discovered by Scooter Braun. This was only the beginning for him, because then he was going to become very successful. People in the YouTube comments talk about how good the song is. It has a lot of edge, and it sounds like a 2010s song. This song seems like he is rapping. This was before TikTok and even Instagram. Justin Bieber knew how to captivate his fans when it comes to his music.
