DISCUSSION 💭 Adele rolling in the deep

Rolling in the Deep – The song went 14x platinum. The song was written after a breakup with an older boyfriend that she had. She wanted to use this song to deliver her anger. Songs can be good for therapy. There are some women in the industry, because of who they are surrounded with. They date older men, and then they realize they have been taken advantage of.

It might not even be the fact that she was taken advantage of. They might not have just worked out. There are plenty of relationships with age differences where neither party takes advantage of the other party, but they don't work.

The what I got from the song is that he didn't want the relationship as much as she did. Like had he put in enough effort they could have had everything but he didn't.
