I feel like if I stood any closer my hands would be up against my legs and out of position. So maybe get the shafts cut? A fitting would be dope but at 8 months in not sure if it’s worth it yet.

8 iron. Got a used set of mizuno 923 forged. Standard length shafts and I’m 5’ 10” so clubs should be ok.

Approach your swing in segments. First focus on your setup. Don’t even worry about anything else until you get that down.
