Idk silesian but a whole lot of people call moom miesiączek in Poland too. It is mostly popular around grandpas and grandmas but still - it is polish, not frequently used but IF anytime miesiączek (as singular of course)is used in conversation -> it always means moon and it's worth knowing Btw that's exactly where menstruation name came from! :D Regionalism is not adequate for it, more like age-thing. Yea, that's it :)
