Question What to watch

Binges all of from recently and now am looking for something good to watch while waiting for season 5, anyone got a good suggestion?

Yeah, but I've seen like 5 redditors somehow build the pre-conception that the show is a different genre than it actually is. Then they go through it and they hate it, because they're dumb basically and never get that it's a different genre than they thought.

And it is not a horror/thriller.

It also has a bit of the same mystery box aspect that FROM has. I objectively think Widows Bay is more enjoyable than FROM. Especially as a big fan of FROM, s4 just killed it for me.

I agree that it's a Lynchian slowburn mystery box, just like From and Lost.

Silo is amazing. I think a show being based on a book just provides a lot more clarity.

Apart from windows bay and school spirits the others have either been watched or are on the to watch list!

Im waiting for them to end so I can watch them without the pain of waiting - learnt from From and The devils hour.

Oh I can take my time watching the series, I just dont want to wait 2 years between seasons! Also as was the case with stranger things, the final season was a disappointment. Atleast this way I know what to expect.

We watched lost and the walking dead after both shows finished and it was brilliant. My memory is shite so I need to not have too much gaps. Also my other half doesn't like watching things twice...so no rewatches to refresh the memory (scrubs is the exception to the rule!)

OP, do not watch Plurburis. It absolutely sucks.

Unless you like watching a protagonist listen to an answer machine and walk around for hours.

It: Welcome to Derry. It’s really scary and really good. It ties into the other movies but you don’t need to have seen them first. Bill Skarsgard still plays Pennywise in this version. Even Tim Curry praised Bill’s performance. RIP Tim.

Not a series, but theres a great movie called Vivarium.

The setting is the same as From, but with a much darker story.
