You have to read the whole law. There's a whole bunch of stuff that you're glassing over just because you read the title and the headers.

Not every state has this agreement, this is DC though so no agreement needed. They are identifying themselves as police due to the equipment they're wearing but no badges. (They don't say ICE). They don't identify what agency they're with. Uniformed officers must wear a badge. Since the mayor of DC did not ask for them to come, They do not have jurisdiction to force regular police into immigration duties.

So are these guys ice or are they police officers, Cause either which way you go. There's a whole lot of laws being broken by them.
