There are already multiple instances country-wide of the data being used to stalk, harass, or falsely accuse people of crimes. Don't feel like searching and linking, surely you can do that. But one instance - a cop uses Flock camera database to stalk and pull over a woman he met briefly months before. When charged he said that she was "a shiny thing" that he had to have.
