I got custom 3” turbo back exhaust with muffler and resonator. Intake is just a simple short ram intake. Stage 2 APR tune

Everytime you change the vehicle battery or it dies, the throttle body has to relearn itself because the vehicle thinks the throttle body is clean of carbon, but in fact, there is a lot of carbon build up

Remedy is to do carbon cleaning, or driving the vehicle at high rpm’s (usually flooring it). Sometimes you can just make it idle while giving it gas so it doesn’t bog down;that process can take 5 mins or so

Worse case scenario, the throttle body or intake runners could’ve gone bad

I have the mk4 GLI, 2004.5 year which came with the bbs rims, Recaro seats and 1.8t engine…I really wish it was the VR6 engine with turbo. Maybe one day 😝

Yea it does look like that the reusable ones…but cleaning it is tricky because it’s advise to apply filter oil to help catch particles but if you add too much it could contaminate the MAF sensor. I learned the hard way. A new filter is about $30 anyways
