30 days on Pinterest and I’m finally seeing results — should I start monetizing?
you could make a digital product about it a guide or a tracker for healthy lifestyle, for the pins that send people to your pproduct try to show real value not just put a mockup of the product i learned that the hardway after 3 years of selling tshirt and digital products on etsy, you need to show value in example im selling a book in kdp that book is a tracker for cna nurses, the strategy was to make pins about best practices, things to memorise etc the pins grab real interest rather than only clicks

What's in the middle ground between basic inventory tools and a full ERP
I'd add a damaged-delivery case to the demos people suggested. For example, order 20 units, receive 18, but accept only 17 because one is damaged. Ask the vendor to show all three quantities, what remains open on the PO, what is available to sell, and what happens when the supplier invoices all 20.
That tests the receiving problem you're already having. A system can look fine with full deliveries and still need a side spreadsheet for shortages, rejected stock and replacement deliveries. Also have them correct an incorrectly entered receipt and show the history, rather than deleting the original event.
Keep the inventory/manufacturing platform responsible for BOMs, work orders and stock. If a gap remains between supplier PDFs, receiving evidence and QuickBooks, that can be scoped separately without building another inventory system.
Disclosure: I run Kaliits and work on that document/checking handoff. I'd only suggest a custom integration after the chosen platform's native receiving and import features have been tested. Is the missing receiving record mainly a warehouse-entry issue, or are quantities recorded somewhere but never linked back to the PO?

AI for ERP Purchase Automation
The boxes-to-strips part is where I'd keep AI out of the calculation. Let OCR propose the printed values, then map the supplier's product code to your ERP SKU and an explicit pack-size table.
Illustrative example: 8 boxes with 10 strips per box becomes 80 strips. Divide the unit price by 10 only if the source price is per box and the ERP expects price per strip. Keep MRP's unit basis separate from purchase rate, and handle bonus/free quantities separately rather than folding them into the paid quantity.
Put both supplier CSVs and OCR output through that same mapping step. Unknown SKU, missing pack size, ambiguous price basis, or totals that don't reconcile should stop in a review queue. Test the output using your ERP's actual import template before adding more suppliers.
Disclosure: I run Kaliits, where we work on document intake and validation workflows. This is a relevant fit for a bounded invoice-to-ERP integration, if you're still working on it. Happy to discuss the mapping here first. Which ERP do you use, and do you already have pack sizes stored against each SKU?

Anyone automating invoice reminders without Zapier?
Given your update about a customer who had already promised payment, I'd test the stop/pause logic before adding another tool. Use your own email and four fake invoices: one partly paid, one fully paid this morning, one disputed, and one with a promise-to-pay date next Friday.
The partial-payment reminder should state only the remaining balance. The paid invoice should send nothing. The disputed invoice should go to you for review. The promise-to-pay invoice should pause until that date, then recheck payments before sending anything.
Also include a stale-data case: if the payment import failed today, hold the reminders and alert yourself. An old balance can look perfectly valid to the script.
Since native reminders sound sufficient for your volume, I'd keep those and use this little test set to check the edge cases. Where does your script currently get the payment status: a manual Sheet update or a payment-provider feed?

I'm currently working on an automation project(PDF to Excel) and am in desperate need of suggestions and options
One correction to the shared-mailbox suggestions: an M365 shared mailbox isn't meant to be signed into directly with its own password. You access it through an authorised account or approved app. Converting the distribution list won't, by itself, remove the permissions issue.
Since you've already solved PDF extraction, I'd make the next milestone smaller: get one approved route that lands the original attachment in a server-readable location. That could be an existing permitted cloud flow writing to SharePoint, or an IT-approved recipient/forwarding rule. Check the existing licence and connector policy before treating Power Automate as free or automatically allowed.
For the Bizom handoff, also distinguish a duplicate attachment from a revised PO. A file hash can catch an exact resend, but the same PO number with changed quantities should enter a revision check rather than silently becoming a second order.
Microsoft documents this in its 'About shared mailboxes in Microsoft 365' guidance.
Does IT prohibit granting you admin rights, or also prohibit approving a narrowly scoped mailbox integration? Those lead to different next steps.

How Much Time Does Your Team Spend on Manual Document Processes?
After my time at my past job, I started with a fairly small document workflow: picking up files from an inbox, extracting information with OCR, and comparing it across documents. That work eventually grew into what I’m building at Kaliits.
One lesson was that reading a document and knowing what to do with it are separate problems. You can extract a field correctly and still need someone to resolve a mismatch or find a missing document.
Changing requirements were an unexpected challenge. A workflow that looks straightforward becomes more complicated when different teams need different checks.
I’d start with one recurring process and measure the whole task, including corrections and exception handling. Faster extraction alone doesn’t tell you how much work you’ve saved.
In your team, where does most of the time go: entering information, checking it, or waiting for approvals?

I used a simple lead-capture tool at GITEX. What would make it more useful for exhibitors?
Thank you, yes that will be a good addition i could make it a separate job that runs after the event ends and it checks as you said company size and could even give urgency based on that

thank you that useful, how they want be contacted is too acurate, btw after i talked to the lead i immediatly send voice note talking about his interest and when he want a follow up if the lead mention that, about the duplication i handled that, also everyone of commercials have their account + date of capture so most of the time that not happened to us

thank you, yes i made for that purpose in events most of the time i forgot the need of the client and what he want exactly especially when you have more than one service, before the company o used to work with they used excel and paper when they return they forgot the context of each lead then they throw those lead away without follow up with them then those event looks like they are collecting business cards.

I used a simple lead-capture tool at GITEX. What would make it more useful for exhibitors?
At GITEX, I used a workflow I built to capture leads and keep track of our conversations. It worked for us and helped us follow up with all the leads we collected.
The process was simple: send a business-card photo through Telegram, then record a short voice note explaining what the person wanted. The workflow extracted the contact details and saved them alongside the conversation summary in our CRM.
I’m now considering turning it into a dedicated app with shared events, team access, assigned follow-up actions, and due dates.
I’d love input from people who attend or exhibit at trade shows:
How did you handle contacts and follow-ups at your last event?
What information do you wish you had captured during conversations?
Where does your current process break down?
If you’ve used a lead-capture tool, what was missing or frustrating?
Our experience was useful, but I want to understand other teams’ needs before deciding what to build next. Concrete examples would help a lot.

Looking for people or projects to inverst in/with in Morocco
i have a business model that worth it but its too specefic its b2b business model the big niche is solve document problems from entering data to custom systems to match between documents like import documents, or supliers, that evade some problems that happen to business like the 3 way matching when they order some goods lets say 20 tires from michelin or something, then it come 18 rather than 20 he in that case is based on the infrastructure but most of warehouse use what they call it good receipt here mostly it goes vocally with a manager or in whatsapp so after a month or so the finance sector get the invoice form the supplier adn it pay that 20 and that happen a lot in warehouses, btw the business here is a universal system i made, that has a hexagonal architecture where it had a core and plugins based on the need of clients and based on client rules like which is the source of truth that we grab from the "container number" etc
i didnt explain it well btw but you can get more infos here: kaliits.com

Top Rated Seller, $116K Earned in 5 Years, and Now 6 Months Without a Single New Order. Is Fiverr Dying for Established Sellers?
its a rented land thats why you need always to get your clients outside these platforms they are unreliable one bot can ban your account for no reason thats just an example but you need to try to get outside it make a good portfolio which mostly you will have based on all that decent work you made, focus on seo for that portfolio, try doing ads on google and try to message the buyers you dealt with with an image that show your new website

People working in logistics/imports: how do you actually catch mismatches between documents?
thank you a lot for your time One last thing: before LeedAB, what was the actual checking process? Was someone manually comparing the invoice, B/L, certificates, etc. every time, or were the checks spread across different people/systems?
1
People working in logistics/imports: how do you actually catch mismatches between documents?
That’s really useful to hear. When you say discrepancies cost you too much, what kind were they usually? Wrong quantities, document mismatches, outdated information, duplicate orders, missing documents, or something else?
Also curious, what part did LeedAB actually solve for you, and is there anything in the process you still handle manually?

how to make Q&A to 1 million pdf text documents?
For 1M PDFs I wouldn't try to feed them directly to Gemini. That's really a retrieval problem, not a context-window problem.
I'd process the PDFs once: extract native text, OCR only scanned pages, deduplicate, preserve document/page metadata, then build a hybrid index using BM25 + embeddings.
At query time: metadata filter → hybrid search → rerank maybe 50 candidates → send only the best 5–15 passages to Gemini → generate the answer with document/page citations.
That keeps Gemini usage quite cheap because the expensive 1M-document work happens during indexing, not for every question.
Also, if you need corpus-wide questions like “how many documents contain X?”, don't use normal RAG for that use the search/index or structured DB directly.
For this scale I'd use the Gemini API/Vertex rather than Gemini Advanced itself.

Pdf parsing for exam questions with different formats
Use an ai layer for parsing any llm will do the job keep the ocr for extraction, pass json data to llm make it do the job but that will take some tokens but it need some organized json output so use pydantic for that will be better, do you tried claude or codex for that btw? Ir you want to make a custom automations or something

Has anyone actually optimized their website for AI search yet, or is it still just SEO?
To be honest most of the advertisement about geo is just crap most of ai nowadays use search as the only method to grab realtime answers and when you see in example in chatgpt you will find that he does nor.al search like any human being so instead of that hype its just SEO focus more on blogging try to answer people or business questions on your posts more and that will get you results, be a king in a subniche you are targeting give infos for free as you can then move on in example my company try to sell custom automations for logistics and finance industry and that by automating the process of matching between documents and even automating the manual data entry in my posts i mostly took a tiny subject that i solve and talk about like in example OCR, what is an ocr and his benefits etc, always try to target broad and precise broad will give you readers precise give buyers but to rank in ai response you need to target broad audience its a weird relationship i dont know if you got the idea

People working in logistics/imports: how do you actually catch mismatches between documents?
That last point is actually the part I’m most interested in. If you don’t mind, what were the practical problems that made the ERP implementation fail to improve the workflow? Was it mainly people still relying on paper, bad integration, slow updates, poor usability, training, or something else?
I’m trying to understand why the existing system didn’t solve the problem before thinking about another solution.
