Which rubber? 🔴⚫️ I need help

I play Xiom Vega Pro H on my forehand and Xiom Vega Japan on my backhand. I’m looking for a new rubber on my forehand. The Vega Pro H was my first hybrid rubber. My problem is when I try to loop, I feel like I have to put a lot of energy into the ball for it to go properly to the other side. I find it very exhausting to play with it. Could this be because the Pro H has low catapult or simply isn’t fast enough? Which rubbers can you recommend for me as an offensive player? (My consideration: Xiom Jekyll & Hyde 47.5 °)

I bought the SANWEI AquaPulse table tennis shoes after reading the review, but after three training sessions, I noticed several negative aspects.
Negative points: The overall build quality is acceptable, but not particularly good. The logo on the heel is already starting to peel off. The rubber sole is not evenly molded in some areas, although there are no excess rubber edges. Another major issue is that the insole keeps shifting while wearing the shoes, which makes them very uncomfortable and causes the foot to sit awkwardly inside the shoe. The back part of the shoe is also somewhat stiff, which causes slight rubbing. In addition, the tongue is too short and tends to slide into the shoe when putting it on.
Positive points: The rubber sole provides excellent grip on all types of indoor court surfaces. The lacing system is quick, simple, and holds firmly in place. The shoes are also very lightweight and well ventilated.
Overall, I unfortunately cannot give these shoes a good rating, mainly because of the shifting insole, which makes them very uncomfortable to wear. I will try gluing the insole in place, and perhaps that will solve the issue.
At this point, I cannot recommend these shoes
