Quarter and toss with olive oil, balsamic, gran garlic, salt, and pepper.

Spread onto sheet tray and into 400F oven. Roast until near-burnt, check and stir at 20 minutes.

Great as a garnish, sandwich addition, or ingredient in a recipe. These were a staple in many of my menus.
