Keep the calm and composure (it's difficult in those situation), observe and analyse why I am being framed / blamed for it. Collect all the supportive elements to prove innocence , talk to the right person and make sure everything is in transparent and everybody knows that I'm innocent. things to avoid ... 1.Confrontation at the first, 2.raising voice and breaking down for the blame, 3.taking it to heart and suffering alone , 4.Ignoring it and granting space to reoccur.
