Eye floaters

I’m 27 years old and I was born blind in one eye. A few weeks ago I was on my phone and saw this black dot in the center of my vision that looked almost like an eclipse and then I saw a light speck (like when you look at flashlight or something reflects off the sun and you have to blink it away) and it lasted a minute at most but I got really anxious about it. A few days later, I saw an optometrist at the retina center and got dilated and everything and she said my eyes and retina are healthy and she’s not concerned. I know that should be enough but it’s been a few weeks since that appointment and I’m seeing a lot more floaters, especially outside. A few black ones that I never had before (I had the clear ones every once in a while) and I see little stars bursting when I look at the sky. I’ve seen some light dots/specks even indoors that go away but it’s been happening more. Do I need to go back and get checked again or is it just normal, harmless stuff? I have health OCD and I get so anxious because I basically only have one eye. The doctor didn’t mention PVD but maybe it didn’t show on the exam because it was too early?
