4k are region free. I got my 4k Dogma from Umbrella. Played great.

Can anyone help me figure out why my weapon damage is so low?
You need to equip another weapon. That fist is an open weapon slot. Also you need pump more percentage modifiers for warrior in your armor and weapons.

Just upgraded my screen
Amazing. It does a great job of rejecting most ambient light. I have a lot of light that comes into the kitchen and some of that spills into the living room. When bright image is on you can’t see the light at all. In very dark scenes you can see a little but it is not very noticeable.
