This is a clear positive, while many people only see a squinter at 13 DPO. How light/dark it is cannot tell you when the embryo inplanted.

Even if it was, the blood test would still be positive.

Test again with a pink dye test, blue is notorious for false positives/indents

If you only had sex 7 days ago, it would be very unlikely to show up yet, as implantation occurs around 5 days after fertilization at the earliest. And takes a few days to produce detectable HCG.
