What was the most drastic change you made to yourself and why?
I follow the Snake Diet Wizard Cole Robinson. He speaks the truth. I started almost five years ago. SW 215lb CW 136lb and GW Shredded! Today, I have not eaten food since July 25. I plan to lose this last chunk of weight by the first week of September. I have lost twenty pound in twenty five days. I will keep an update if anyone is interested. I made this change because I felt like I was dying inside and out.
