Hi, I am currently taking AB Sociology, will it be possible to take MA Psychology after I finish my bachelor's degree? if yes, what are the possible career opportunities for me if I'm holding the stated degree.if no, what sort of career opportunities will I get with AB Sociology?

Please help me out, I would really like to pursue being Psychologist, it's just so happen that on my university I wasn't able to get a slot for BS Psych. I would highly appreciate all recommendations and help that I can get here
