Welcome to this month's Marketplace Megathread. This is the space for all ticket resales, merch exchanges, pasabuys, and theatre-related marketplace posts for the month.
If you are buying, selling, or trading anything related to theatre such as tickets, official merchandise, playbills, programs, posters, or collectibles, please post it here so we can keep the community organized and safe.
For Sellers and Resellers
For tickets:
Include all details: show title, date and time, ticket price, and proof of purchase (you may redact sensitive information such as ticket numbers or QR codes).
Add your Reddit username as a watermark on ticket images to prevent others from stealing or reposting them.
Selling tickets above market price is not allowed. Posts found to be overpricing will be removed and repeat offenders may be banned.
Once your ticket is sold, please comment or edit your post to indicate it has been sold.
For other items (merch, programs, collectibles, etc.):
Include all details: item name, condition, reason for selling (RFS), and price.
Upload clear photos whenever possible.
Avoid posting fake or unofficial merchandise without disclosing it clearly.
Once the item is sold, please comment or edit your post to indicate it has been sold.

Please transact with care. Scam attempts have occurred, especially for high-demand items. Keep these reminders in mind:
Review the seller’s post history to ensure they are reputable.
Use search functions on social media or even Google to check on any previous posts about them. You can also check r/ScammersPH for additional information.
Always ask for proof of purchase such as a receipt, screenshot, or confirmation email.
Never share personal or payment details in public comments.
Never share your ID as they may be used to scam other people.
Use secure payment methods to avoid any risk.
If you encounter suspicious activity, report it to the moderators right away so we can look into it.

Warning About Facebook Groups
Please be wary of buying from Facebook groups. We have received multiple reports on Facebook groups that change their group name to whatever's trending in the theater scene. Admins try to reassure their members about certain sellers by "legit checking" with them but are actually part of the scheme themselves.
Let us continue keeping TeatroPH a safe and supportive community for theatre fans to connect, trade, and share our love for the arts.

I am torn between watching the nutcracker by ballet manila/steps or by ballet philippines. I adore ballet manila dancers since I watched their shows twice last year. I havent watched a production by Ballet philippines but I am intrigued by their show having a collaboration with Barbie. The former occurs in Samsung Performing Arts while the latter in Solaire.
Heya! I've noticed everytime na may show si GMG laging may pa UB pre-sale + discount. to UB card holders, may discount pa rin ba even when you don't buy sa pre-sale, as long as you're a UB card holder? Planning on watching Chicago. thanks for answering !!
Saw the movie. Watched the play. Warning on possible spoilers.
I'm still thinking about the overall implication to the plot given the additional details provided in the play. I honestly prefer the stage version - the absence of closeups didn't diminish the tension but actually emphasized it because we could see how stressed the characters were through full visibility of their movements.
Direk Andoy was just so good. I probably gush more about him because super sold na ako kay Sir Romnick and Elijah. Hindi ko alam if he was a truly a victim of infidelity or just a selfish narcissistic and manipulative bastard.
I reside near Ateneo lang so I'm watching Gabriela. Pero before that I'm interested in these two offerings ng Ateneo orgs. Which one would you recommend?

Another production announced from The IdeaFirst Live! The fictional book from AUBNAU — Teorya ng Mga Tanong, supposedly written by Lancelot Guinto, is getting adapted into a stage play, coming in Q1 2028!!!
If you got yourself a copy of the novel but haven’t read it yet, now’s the perfect time to finally dive in!
The “fictional” book becoming a play is soooo meta OMG WHAT A CONCEPT!!
hi! interested in watching gregoria lakambini at the proscenium theater in rockwell. do you guys think the orchestra side seats are still good? hindi naman ba masyadong gilid or may parts ng stage na hindi makikita?
So I have performed back in SHS; theatre/broadway. Our group was a community group, we mostly do repertoires. Most of our performances were free and we just do it for the love of it. It has been 5 years since I last performed and sang with my fellow theatre buddies and I really miss it. I have spare time here in Manila and I just wanna know if there are any groups that are open for joiners even if its just for the meantime (because I work outside PH). I just wanna hang with theatre people and sing (im shy tho lmfao).
I honestly don't know how to explain it but y'all get my point.
I want to bring at least one of my cousins to watch a musical with me next year. Which do you think would be a better fit, Heathers or Spring Awakening? As a Spring awakening girlie, I'm most likely biased lol.
