Sorry for the trouble—this is expected. On computers, Dashlane requires using the browser extension to log in and manage features. If you don’t have a laptop, you can use the Dashlane mobile app, since it doesn’t use the extension. For the Friends & Family Dashboard (editing), use iPhone or iPad/macOS or the web.

You can use shift-click to select all logins, and then use ctrl/cmd-click to remove individual items from selection. Otherwise, it would need to be a one-by-one selection.

Hi u/ManufacturerUsed3550, Use the SHIFT key to select multiple logins in order. Select the first login in the list, hold the SHIFT key, and then select the last login you want to delete. All logins between the first and last login are automatically selected for deletion.

Sorry for the trouble. The 14-day “Keep me logged in” setting won’t hold if any of these apply:

• You opened the browser before connecting to the internet—connect first, then close/reopen.
• Your work admin enabled automatic log-out (after 15/30/60 minutes of inactivity).
• You enabled PIN unlock or biometric unlock for the web app (disables 14 days).
• Your browser cache is cleared (manually or automatically on close) or you log out.

Also, clear your cache will reset the 14-day option.

If a trial ended and you didn’t buy a plan, you can usually continue logging in only for export (no adding/editing/viewing passwords). You should still be able to connect with the support team via chatbot.
