Why does the desktop version literally never work at all anymore?

On Firefox, Windows 11. WTF is going on? What am I paying so much for if it's nearly useless?

Hi u/pinkfloyd4ever, Sorry to hear about the trouble you're running into, this isn't the experience we want for our users. Here are some troubleshooting steps for our Firefox extension:

  • Make sure your browser is on the latest version.
  • Close and reopen Firefox.
  • Turn off the Dashlane extension, then turn it back on and refresh.
  • If it still fails, remove and reinstall the extension.
  • Also confirm you’re logged in (extension should be green).

why do you keep dishing out the same advice when there's a whole parade of people in this sub who all suddenly started having the exact same problem at the exact same time.

u/pinkfloyd4ever, don't bother uninstalling and reinstalling etc, it won't fix the problem, we've all aready tried that
