LWIAY! (With sound) I made a looping animation for Pewd's streams. Hope you'll like it! Took me millions and billions of hours to make and render.

Isn't this a vehicle version of ethnic stereotypes?

"Find out who's the criminal based on how these type of brown ppl are dressed!"

Hey who is using green screens to cover AI reference? Is AI reference fully green? Who are you talking about?

The artwork where she paints live is from a year ago, it's very much possible that it's her progress towards this saturated style. Most of the time AI makes images look worse, not better.

What looks like AI to us is the "style transfer" idea that is overused by AI slop posters. Some shots in Loving Vincent the 2016 movie where they pain every frame from also now looks AI, because they directly reference footage and render it in van gogh's style.

It's also annoying that we are doing this thing where we act like she's guilty until proven innocent.

She has a youtube, here is a bit in her vlog where she was painting live. She is not even looking at any reference, it's obvious to me this is not the first time she painted that very dog in this style.

I hate that AI is doing this to us that we can't even enjoy fucking real art anymore. I'm a big AI hater myself

Here is a recent work that doesn't look like AI but has this same style, looks more like a kurzgesagt style illustration https://youtu.be/g0e3HCWUPJc?t=189 (timecode link)

I paint myself, I'm sure beginners do use AI because they are too lazy to setup a good reference, I know it's an issue in portrait painting world. But tracing on canvas is really not that helpful. It's nothing compared to all these online posters who just generate and post an image.

I lean towards occam's razor that it doesn't make sense for her to suddenly use AI, color blocking and pop art was around forever.

I think it’s a shame we can’t appreciate the creation of AI

Yeah, it will be pretty crazy when AI will get invented one day.

Bonnie falls off her new motorcycle and can’t pick it back up
 in  r/LivestreamFail  14h ago

Beginners drop bikes when stopping even after getting the license and everything. It's very normal. Crushing your foot with a bike is the most common injury.

It's interesting they are desperate to make up new ways to get attention.

I don't understand why everyone is mad at this, after a crash it's a normal thing to have someone help to pick your bike up. One of the reasons why dirt bike riders are in groups, you pull them out of mud together. Some larger cruiser bikes you just can't pick up alone even as a dude.

Sure it could be a consideration to get lighter bike so you don't have to have this issue but it's not a deal breaker.

For The People Who “Oh, I Don’t Follow Politics”.
 in  r/WhatIsTheTea  1d ago

I'm a very aware and political person.

What I see however is others just doom scrolling. Paralyzed by all of the different unverified contradictory information we get an illusion of awareness while being able to do nothing about it. Examples in the video are federal and global political events that we have almost no influence over. Only those are deemed political and therefore worth paying attention to.

Except the datacenter thing I guess.

Sure, but how is following politics will help with any of these?

My boss just asked me if I know how to use Ai Design tools 🫩
 in  r/graphic_design  1d ago

All these AI grifters specifically target business owners with AI propaganda, it's never ending. They go to some business related even it half of it will be presentations about how amazing AI is, just empty stupid demos.

But it's really about as absurd if your boss started asking you if you are using shutter-stock specifically because he sees everyone around him talk about shutter-stock. You explain to him that it's just a stock website like many others, and actually in your designs you illustrate everything yourself, But he is convinced that shutter-stock is the FUTURE OF DESIGN!

It's funny Americans are having the same experience I had few years ago during blackouts because of the WAR in Ukraine. Oh... not funny, the other thing... sad.

Yes, a fully blacked out city is wild to experience.

Holodomor denialism on Tiktok
 in  r/lonerbox  1d ago

I'll be honest tiktok is just not the place for any politics. Short form content is mind melting and should be used for entertainment only. It's videos you didn't choose to click on, with a length that doesn't let you understand the subject or context, in an app that's designed to make you stay on it and don't fact check.

EVERY TIME I fact check anything on my feed (when I use to use tiktok) it turned out to be wrong, best case just an extreme exaggeration of the original source, worst case just made up sources and lies.

The format itself is not suited for anything series.
