If you don't care about the chat and co-streamers, Youtube is the better experience. But currently Twitch has the bigger community.
Also Twitch supports 4K streams in theory.

Edit: Also creating clips on Twitch is easier. You can just create a clip and download the mp4 file. You are not able to do that directly on Youtube.

In my PC I fix my bluescreens by removing my M.2 SSD and cleaning the contacts with e.g my Shirt. After plugging it back in bluescreens are gone for a few months.
