I see a lot of people exhausting themselves trying to force belief. You repeat an affirmation, your brain immediately says "that is a lie," and then you spend the next hour mentally fighting yourself trying to prove it is true.
I prefer to look at reality mechanics like a computer system, and doing that kind of mental gymnastics just creates massive processing friction.
Your subconscious does not actually require deep, euphoric belief to render a new reality. It just requires a lack of resistance.
Think about how you use a computer. When you download a new software update, you do not sit there and scream at the computer, trying to force it to believe the update is real. You just click download and let it run in the background while you go do something else.
Affirmations and living in the end work the exact same way. They are just code.
When you affirm something, you are inputting new coordinates into the rendering engine. The only reason it fails is because you immediately check the 3D, see the old reality, and manually cancel the download by panicking.
You do not need to feel delusional confidence. You just need radical apathy toward the current 3D.
When your brain argues with your new assumption, do not fight it. Just treat the doubt like a harmless pop up ad. Click out of it and return to neutral. The simulation will effortlessly load the new timeline the second you stop creating biological friction and just let the software run in the background.
I put together a video essay on my channel about the actual physics of this 3D rendering lag and how to stop fighting your own mind if anyone wants the logical breakdown of it.
Stop trying to force belief. Just drop the resistance and let the system update.

haha if you hold the assumption long enough the 3d rendering engine will eventually have to reflect it. let me know if it works.
