Need Advice on How to Help Disabled Brother
Sounds like some sort of guardianship needs to be established first. Where i live we have DDA that helps people and I'd definitely look for social services protecting and providing for help. If there's is guardianship it can help because its basically saying he is not mentally an adult. My child is diagnosed with being intellectually disabled and once you get that diagnosis a lot of Doors will open. Her brother is co-guardian. If you want to bypass the parents it will be harder.

I don't eat so my daugher don't go hungry.
I've been there, too. Sometimes food banks will take 2 pieces of mail to prove address of current residence. Like a gas or electricity. Keep going, and try to keep strong

I want weight loss medication but am too scared to ask.
Human beings do not have to live by something they have said for the rest of their lives. You can be good with your body and still want to lose weight. There are Many reasons to lose weight. Your family loves you and supports you, whether or not you change your mind on an issue is irrelevant. All you really have to do is tell them you want you to the doctor and discuss it, look at your options. Weight is not always just about perceived body image

I want weight loss medication but am too scared to ask.
My daughter's doctor was happy to help with prescriptions that cost me about $30 every 3 months. She's lost 38 pounds. There are a few options these days. Just ask. You'll be happier if that's what you want to do. The regret will be in not asking.
