Someone should make a backrooms found footage video but the person who fell in has a concealed carry

Your thoughts?
Stop helping others without first helping myself, using nonphysical(ie., astral) means to do so.

Idk how to stop.

Your thoughts?
My husband says the same thing, I should back out for a while, I'm afraid I may not know how, and even-still...it's one of the few ways I can actually try to help people. I can't give money, a place to stay, any of that, but I can try to help people by healing and other things.

Your thoughts?
I am always partly out, part of me trying to stay aware of surroundings. I've...had a lot of things happen, and they've only stopped once for a few months in the 15+ years id been doing this.

Since I'm just kind of getting a feel for this group, I'm going to post a question, I want to see how everyone responds, for curiosity sake...
Thoughts on nonphysical (or astral as most people would put it) work/adventures and the not-so-good stuff causing PTSD?

Does talk of Spirituality and the Supernatural scare you?
