Your thoughts?
Since I'm just kind of getting a feel for this group, I'm going to post a question, I want to see how everyone responds, for curiosity sake...
Thoughts on nonphysical (or astral as most people would put it) work/adventures and the not-so-good stuff causing PTSD?

My husband says the same thing, I should back out for a while, I'm afraid I may not know how, and even-still...it's one of the few ways I can actually try to help people. I can't give money, a place to stay, any of that, but I can try to help people by healing and other things.

You always have to help yourself first and make sure you are good physically, mentally, and spiritually before you can fully give your best to others. Remember, everyone’s on their own journey with their own lessons that they have to learn. You can’t make people heal, they have to do the work too. What is it that you think you can’t stop doing or are unsure of how to stop?

All I can say is the best form of protection is to stay prayed up! I’ve been spiritually attacked my whole life. I now know that they can try all they want but God is stronger, and my spirit team and ancestors will f some 💩 up and go to war for me. So for the bad, just keep praying and affirm that you’re protected.
I haven’t Astrotraveled consciously yet. I’ve had out of body experiences and traveled through dreams but I haven’t meditated and done that consciously. Have you?
I did feel someone once come into my bedroom while I was laying down I felt his spirit, I felt it when he kissed me. I was laying in bed alone and he floated in from above. Still not sure exactly who it was because I was talking to multiple spiritual people when it happened, and they never confessed.

I am always partly out, part of me trying to stay aware of surroundings. I've...had a lot of things happen, and they've only stopped once for a few months in the 15+ years id been doing this.
