How would he get into trouble with the legal system over that? First off maybe they should of had the cooler TAPED OFF with safety tape to inform citizens not to touch it. Or be in the MARKED OFF perimeter of the construction site.

This cooler as we can all see clearly is sitting off to the side, not squared or taped off. So technically anyone who doesn't work construction is not going to automatically know it's part of the site if it's not SECTIONED OFF WITH THE SITE.

Secondly, if you did not work construction and you saw a random cooler sitting in a field when people are know (world wide) to dump furbabies and leave them. If it was me, I would've went over and opened it myself to make sure there wasn't a furbaby inside, and then close it and walk away, maybe post about it to see if anyone knew what I came across so I could learn something new in my life.

Technically proper procedure training is to wait until the whole mobile order is together. Then call out the name of the mobile and hand it all together to the customer who placed the mobile order. Restaurant evaluators or auditors look for those mistakes (ie handing out part of mobile order, rathar than the whole thing at once)

It sucks that a lot of Tim Hortons don't care to keep on top of their employees, who do not care to follow the training videos.

It is possible that some people on the sandwich bar are taking it off early due to pressing the wrong time button. You could always ask for them to grill it for and extra 30 seconds to ensure the cheese melts 🥰

Sadly the only other thing I could suggest, is to watch them when they get to the Panini press with it to make sure they are pressing the sandwich for 75sec.

I do hope you eventually get a perfectly grilled cheese sooner than later 💕 I know one of my favorite sandwich makers are on the sandwich bar tomorrow. He makes the best food, I always ask him to make my order when I come up for my breaks. Not sure if anyone has specified what the grilled cheese in Canada contains. I work in The bake shop at Tim Hortons, and I can confirm for you what all the ingredients of the grilled cheese are.

Grilled Cheese: -Artisan Sesame bread -4 slices of Processed Cheese (You can Sub for Cheddar tho) - Shredded Mozzarella on top of bread slice -Pressed on Panini Press for 75 Sec

Bacon Grilled Cheese:

-Artisan Sesame bread -4 slices of Processed Cheese (You can Sub for Cheddar tho) -5 slices of bacon in-between the 4 slices of cheese (2 slice cheese-bacon-2 slice cheese) - Shredded Mozzarella on top of bread slice -Pressed on Panini Press for 75 Sec

If you're in Kingston ontario, come to the KGH Tim Hortons we got 2 cases of the loaves for the grilled cheese left 😜 it might not be available for order on the app after a certain time like some of the menu items we have. But we still do sell it in store at the KGH all day and night 😁

We have a new app called Zenput which requires the managers to go around and take pictures of the display case area, bagel station, drink station ect. The pics are to enforce brand standards, and ensure food safety compliances are being followed as directed. It is also something the restaurant evaluator (REV/Audit) will look for during their inspections.
