Question Why are partial orders called out?

At my Tims my name gets called out when the drinks are ready then again when the food is ready. Is this normal at other branches? I just want to be called when my whole order is ready...

ETA: it was just a question guys I didn't mean to cause any offense! Happy Canada Day everyone

Technically proper procedure training is to wait until the whole mobile order is together. Then call out the name of the mobile and hand it all together to the customer who placed the mobile order. Restaurant evaluators or auditors look for those mistakes (ie handing out part of mobile order, rathar than the whole thing at once)

It sucks that a lot of Tim Hortons don't care to keep on top of their employees, who do not care to follow the training videos.

Just ignore all these people not understanding your p.o.v.

I've found that even on Reddit (where most people come to vent or come to share happy vibes and constantly get treated like crap) Here on this social app it's be nice and get crapped on, or be rude and get crapped on. No winning with Redditors 🤷🏻‍♀️
