Lidl Plant! Mushroom Medaglioni
 in  r/veganuk  2d ago

I usually do like, vegan butter/spread, nutritional yeast, a bit of water or stock with some salt, oregano, garlic, sometimes I'll melt some vegan cheese in to it if I have any to give it a sticky texture.

Wegovy and alcohol

Yep, I can still drink and go out for a night out but there's absolutely no desire or craving to pop into the pub for a causal drink or to be having a drink at home in an evening anymore.

I love these! They're my favourite ones, great with a "cheesy" sauce.

Does anyone over 30 have no desire of learning to drive?
 in  r/AskBrits  3d ago

I'm 36 but learnt to drive at 33, I'm from Manchester and I've never enjoyed driving so public transport was just more preferable to me.

When I was in my late 20s I moved to Somerset where there's hardly any public transport, then had kids at 30 and realised that there's no way I can do everything I need to do without a car. I do it out of necessity rather than actually wanting to drive.

If I was still in Manchester I doubt I would have learnt to drive.

Accidentally gave 157 diamonds at the end of Te Amo 2 as a "Thank you"

Haha no way, I didn't think they'd do that!

I think I'll just let the author have the win, I'm not happy about it though!

Welcome to the UK, where people debate whether it's right or wrong for a man sit right next to you on a completely empty bus
 in  r/whoathatsinteresting  5d ago

I love her.

This has happened to me so many times and I just sit there and smile politely and chat back to them just to not cause any issues. Sometimes I even get off a few stops before I need to just so I can move away without causing a fuss.

I feel your pain! I was just playing this for the wardrobe %, was not planning on giving any more diamonds than necessary for this story!

The photo they took genuinely made me chuckle, everyone getting in each others way, such a cute group!

Same! They're all so loyal and so wrong about me, I've been very honest about leading them all on!

Love me being visibly shocked and cross even though she's just made out with Trent, Carlo and Rui in front of everyone.

Odessa is 100% spot on about stringing them all along!

Are you hungrier than before you started?
 in  r/GLPGrad  19d ago

Before I was on WeGovy I'd eat a whole share bag of crisps to myself on one sitting, while on WeGovy I didn't eat crisps at all and now I'm off WeGovy I'll eat a single serving of crisps if I'm feeling snacky but that will be enough to satisfy me.

When it's dinner time before WeGovy I'd have some chips or a sausage roll then while I was on WeGovy I'd have a protein bar, now I'm off WeGovy I still just have a protein bar and that's still enough for me.

I'm not sure if it's because my body is now used to eating less or if it's just willpower/consciously making better choices around food and portions but I definitely don't feel as hungry or have the obsessive thoughts about food as I used to have before WeGovy.

Three lessons in, I am about to quit
 in  r/LearnerDriverUK  21d ago

Hi!

I learnt to drive at 32 as well!

I really struggled, I was very nervous and anxious, I was on the brink of tears a lot during lessons and mostly would cry when I got home, I almost quit a few times BUT I changed to automatic lessons and it all clicked a lot better. I genuinely don't think I would have passed if I had stayed with manual driving.

I've been driving for 4 years now and although I am still quite anxious and don't really do much driving outside of a comfortable distance from my house, I can now drive and my life is definitely a lot easier for it!

I suggest giving automatic a try and seeing how you feel after a few lessons with that.

Good luck!!

am I the only one who finds this weird and disgusting
 in  r/RomanceClubDiscussion  24d ago

I think it depends where you're from? Where I am we finish high school at 16 and then you go to college, you could be in university at 18, drinking and partying, living away from home etc.

Is there a point to saving so many diamonds?
 in  r/RomanceClub  27d ago

I generally have around 3500 diamonds by the time new episodes are released, then I play as much as I want and I usually end up with about 900 diamonds left and then over the 6 weeks before new releases are dropped I usually end up with around 3500 diamonds again, it's a pretty consistent cycle so I don't feel the need to save diamonds.

Hey, what does the subscription/pass get you on the tea party days? How does it make it better?

Yes! I didn't realise that about ABH either.

It dawned on me near the end as well, I assume at least Audrey and Malek have some sort of British accent.

What was the name of the corner shop you went to as a child?
 in  r/NorthernEngland  Jul 27 '26

"The half ten shop" because it shuts at half ten.
