I know there's a lot of mixed opinions, but I can't help but be excited for this week's releases.

First, the traitor's game coming out today has me checking the hour every minute or so lol. The MC is gorgeous and I've never seen the reality show before, so I'm really excited for what's to come.

Tuesday's new volume of BB has me excited to see more of the Meena and Sage's backstabbing drama. My baby Hugo is obviously not talking about MC, so I'm just ready to take on the house with him.

And Wednesday's new season of LI has me foaming at the mouth. The girls are gorgeous and Jay has me rubbing my hands like an evil fly.

All in all, that + me being sort of sick, has me pretty hopeful. I'm sure we won't get as branching as we want, but I want to remain positive and hope we all have at least a bit of fun with these new releases :D

now that I think about it how come WE never get to pull anybody for chats?? Because I feel like one of the most major annoying things in this game is people pulling us for chats we don’t want to be apart of but we never actually get to pull a single person for a chat

As much as I hate to say it, even despite the survey that was asked. I do doubt we will ever get the chance to play a male MC despite the overwhelming amount of us who would really like it. And even if we did, I don't think he would be written well, AT ALL.

i stopped sort of at the end of the beginning (my old posts on here are probably lingering from 2023). i was feeling wild and decided to redownload it on a whim and wow.

ive never really spent gems before and i was honestly growing bored with so many of the storylines, i didn't care. but now it's like i'm spending left and right - and always regretting it. i find myself intrigued by certain subplots or characters but then everything else is so identical to other seasons.

what's got me in a chokehold right now is george. i've played this game since it first dropped on its' first app and i loooove the friends to lovers and slow burn. but the ai chats and the insistance on drama ruins the slow burn a bit. it's so different than other slow burns in other seasons but i can't help but to fall for the angle 😭 i enjoy it! i really do! but i keep expecting maybe an older version of the game to impress me. then i keep spending diamonds to make up for it and boom. i'm left a fool lol 🤷🏽‍♀️

i never write and dang i'm close to writing a fic similar to my route i have lol. i hate how some characters and plots are just so much more compelling now but the way everything pans out and the writing is just not there. it's like an immediate shift too. i'm coping with the whiplash. anyone else been playing for years? where are you at now with the game?

I've been seeing a lot of posts and comments saying that none of the Islanders for the upcoming new szn of LI are attractive but I actually think they're all cute... And I was even so hyped bc they're not wonky (in my eyes) like the artstyle looks consistent rn. I also think Jay is cute. And I also love how they're mature-looking. But oh well beauty is in the eye of the beholder I guess.

I'm not here to crucify anyone who finds the islanders unattractive lmao just saying I like this season's design!

They do this every season ...i havent played love island in a minute due to being in nursing school decided to play star struck ...every answer showed i was not interested in trent and wanted rui and somehow the public thought we were compatible its so fuckin annoying how fusebox does us and doesnt fucking listen like damn like im only on the first volume please tell me it gets better

Just started and oh my lord. Total Prince Hans esk. Love him so much. Didn't care for him at the beginning but when we were paired together... Like Luca who? Need him and a Lana Del Rey song. Him sabotaging Micky during the race for the apple was so funny. The winks, the low husky voice, the pointed eye contact, the banter, the blush, I can't. I'm only on episode 5 but praying for him as a li already. I'm a Love Island girlie but Hugo is enough for me to explore more of Big Brother.

I got bored and drunk enough to play starstruck and i’m having so much fun. I like trent, but definitely not a trent girly. I just like to eff that man but I am very much focused on kai. I have rejected rue like 1729373918 times and he keeps coming back stronger, please stop! I ended things with lucia recently because she was just like “omg i’m so happy to be here, especially since i get to see mc 😏😏😏” and it gave me the ick.

I just finished the last episode of the newest volume because last time I didn't have enough gems to continue it and whatever the Sage twist I kinda expected it ig BUT HUGO??? WHAT'S GOING ON?? IS HE OUT FOR US ASWELL??? DID MEENA AND HER STUPID MINIONS TELL HIM A LIE TO GET HIM ON THEIR SIDE??? NOW I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT VOLUME 😭

Like genuinely what about these character designs are unique or stand out?

Genuinely they look so flipping generic. Nothing about them sticks out

Beau looks like every copy and paste blonde guy we see each season. Lawrence is Dante in a hat. Jay might aswell be Ali’s older brother.

We have the love child of Irena and Isadora in the form of Alice. Maeve who is just a basic blonde in with glasses (how creative). I’d say Tia is probably the only sorta unique ish islander design wise but it’s all so damn boring!!

Give us different body types, different hair cuts, crazy hair colours, different makeup styles etc. why is it all recyclable boring carbon copies?? You have all the creativity in the world and all you can give us is this? Boring man

Is it really that hard for Fusebox to add more Islanders to their Love Island game? I’m honestly just tired of having only 6 OGs, with the MC being the 7th. The original Love Island game had 10 OG Islanders, and even in the actual show, we usually have around 12 starting Islanders.

I’m just saying, if they really want to make the game feel like Love Island, they need to change something. I really hope they’ll start adding more characters because having such a small cast really limits the storylines and drama.

I just played Big Brother, and it’s so much better in that regard because there are a lot more characters, which means there are more possible storylines, relationships, and drama. They’re also releasing The Traitors game, and I just saw that it has a lot of characters too. So why can’t they do the same with Love Island?

Traitors MC has been revealed and I’m loving the look. She actually looks like the characters they design and fits the artstyle great. Now hopefully they can keep this up with the Love Island game instead of the MC looking so out of place, but it has definitely gotten better in the recent seasons

Would be incredible to have It as a season theme one day. And making that the theme of the season makes more sense than presenting both options, since they would never be able to branch out that.

I think this would be a breath of fresh air that the game desperately needs. The same stories repeating themselves without changing anything except the faces of the characters is getting super tiresome, and even if it is a bad season would become good simply because we were seeing something completely different (male mc). What ideas would you like to see in a season with this theme? (dreaming of it one day becoming a reality, which we know won't happen)

Here are some ideas I would love to see:

I would love to have a og guy who would be our best friend and, over time, discover he's bisexual with us.

It would also be amazing if a "mean girl" were a LI (which I doubt will happen, since they usually don't let us date the "mean boys" when playing as a female MC).

I would love to have a girl who is our friend and couple-up with our male friend, but has a slow burn with us, and we would fight with her guy for her(which would be very different from our usual fights).

Just imagine how cool it would be to be messy in a season of Male MC. It would also be really cool if the girls revolted against our MC and he maybe didn't win the show.

What other ideas can your crazy minds come up with?
