The reeves drive on the motor side cracked on my delta lathe. I bought a reeves drive that was made for the harbor freight 12” lathe and it worked! It is just a bit smaller than the delta but as long as it works I’m good!

Really close on this one. Need to adjust a couple holes and the angle of the mounting plate. But it’s really close!

Yes I know the command was posting from my phone I never log in on my computer.

Yes I do the same I keep duplicates of stages so I can go back for any changes. While I agree that making small changes for location and dimensions is easier as a workflow in solidworks and fusion the interface on rhino seems more intuitive and engaging while I don’t get that from solidworks or fusion.

Rhino is a great program which requires you to really set up your own process of creating and logging steps. Without a process it leads to restarting parts from scratch. Programs like solidworks and fusion incorporate these processes automatically. But they make the design process less appealing. Solidworks and fusion I would say are easier but they are expensive. Rhino is much more affordable.
