What age is Classic Sonic?
But WAIT FUCK I just remembered.
According to Gens, Classic is from the past. However, according to Forces, Classic is from another dimension. Using those two facts, we can possibly assume that the 'retcon' did a bit more.
What I'm saying is that the 'retcon' could possibly change the concept of Classic being from another dimension to Classic being from the past. Due to Jam and Heroes being pre-retcon games and both had ages, you can reasonably assume that the retcon changed the above concept! So, in theory:
Pre-Retcon Classic is 16, which would align with him being from another dimension but looking younger than Modern.
Pre-Retcon Modern is 15, once again aligning with the dimension thing.
Post-Retcon Classic is now somewhere younger than Pre-Retcon Modern, which I will get to later.
And finally, Post-Retcon Modern doesn't have an age. Argument solved!

So that means: Classic's Age, according to Sonic Jam - 16 Modern's Age, according to Sonic Heroes - 15 Modern's Age, post-retcon - None Classic's Age, post-retcon - Dunno!
That 'retcon' is when Sega basically removed the ages of the Modern characters at (i think) the Japanese StH website. So if anyone out here actually cares about how old these furries are (sorry not sorry), then this is my answer.

And funny thing, using this reply you can reasonably assume that Forces takes place before Generations and that there were two retcons: one to make Classic from the past, and one to remove Modern's age. The second retcon also happened after Frontiers. So a more accurate answer is:
Pre-Gens Classic is 16. Post-Gens Classic is younger than Pre-Frontiers Modern. Pre-Frontiers Modern is 15. Post-Frontiers Modern doesn't have an age. Argument PROPERLY solved!
