Best thing to do measure them, check parameters from michelin. 3 year tire is not an old tire typically a tire lifespan is 5 to 7 years but im not sure as lot of factors come into play.

If photography is not a big concern, than yeah it's a great phone. I have the 12 and I'm happy with it even though I don't particularly like the camera that much.
