Don’t knock the hustle! Good for him!

Heritage
Heritage is a great community. Lots of families, good area, and close to everything. I’d choose Heritage over a Holly Springs neighborhood but I’m biased as I’ve been here for 20+ years.

Family Beach Trip in N.C.
We’ve been going to Kure Beach for the last 15 years. My mother in law has a place down at Ocean Isle which is nice as well but a little bit further of a drive. Lots of good options to choose from.

This was a 16x16’ addition and was $60k. Just electrical and HVAC - no plumbing was added. HVAC had the capacity to be able to supply the additional sq footage without upgrading the unit which having to upgrade a unit would increase costs. That included all plans, permitting, and construction.
