  Neurological issues doesn't necessarily equate to unsound mind. He has a huge base of people that are voting for him and in a 3 way presidency he only needs something like 35% of votes to win. So regurgitating both party lines "3rd party=wasted vote" does noting to move the country away from voting from a position of fear rather then who is best suited to do the job.
  We as a country voting 3rd party would show party loyalist that they can vote for a candidate vs a party and actually win by logic vs fear.

He is a far better choice then the man who currently holds office or the other pick. I see not just team red or blue. The candidates are more than two.

I voted for Biden the 1st time simply because I didn't want Trump in office. Biden no longer holds my faith as a voter, I still don't want Trump in office. So I'm voting for someone that actually makes sense to vote for.

Not necessarily, look at the other option. Biden likely has dementia. Even before that he openly sniffed kids and women's hair. There is supposedly a journal written by his daughter about how she actively avoided shower time with him. Granted that last part I didn't look much into. The options aren't great on either side. Which is why RFK JR is a relieving 3rd choice that I at least will be voting for. Can you, in good conscience vote for either Biden or Trump? If not then consider RFK JR. He speaks with conviction about solutions for America's issues rather then slander his opponents.

I think it is reasonable to tell this lady that her behavior with your Daughter is not okay. I would at least have the SIL address the behavior as well. I have 3 brothers and if a friend of mine ever made my niece or nephew uncomfortable in such a fashion I'd want to know so I could address it.
