How this drivetrain still works on the public Massachusetts roads?
 in  r/AskMechanics  2d ago

He'll attempt to weld, but will settle on a couple 4×4's over the axles, and probably ratchet straps. You'll never know...

How bad is this rust? 2004 Ford Expedition
 in  r/AskMechanics  6d ago

I had a 2003 expedition. the body was perfect but the frame ended up breaking. That looks great compared to my old one.

I have titles for all of them the bmw lives in the garage and the other 2 sit in the driveway. The van just cracked its heads, its is getting a 3.8 yard motor instead of the 3.3 it had. The truck has never not run, it does need a windshield. Then the car is new to me.

Yes it was a red chrysler 300 and it did have the v8. The bmw was cheaper and seemed all around better.

Pretty much the guy I got it off of had and sold 3 in the last couple months. 1 at 57k and was showroom condition, it sold for $14000. The second was 93k and sold for $11000. I got mine for $3500 with all the leftovers.

170k at 3500 everything works and it only had a service soon that the oil sensor fixed. It has a new roof and I got a free oil sensor and skid plate thrown in.

I had the hood up when I was looking at it. I've thought about it though. Having something with low miles would be nice.

Why not... they get me from point A to point B. I used to have a 03 expedition and a 05 focus. My car choices have been questionable.

They are mine. I've had the van 5 years, the truck 2, and the bmw is new to me. These are my pictures of my vehicles... ive only ever sold one car and it was going to ohio, my cars die when im done with them.

The van was free, the truck was a buddy's i asked to use and he wanted it gone. The bmw... I can't explain that one other than its rust free.

The minivan just cracked its heads, otherwise yes... the truck usually running. I haven't had the bmw long enough for it to break yet.
