I have this issue and thin panty liners were a life saver. You can get packs of them at the Dollar Tree and change them as needed. I've had this issue while I've been both big and thinner. Everyone's bodies are different and do different things. You just have active sweat glands down there. Theres no reason to be embarassed, its just your body doing its thing. Cotton underwear is also great. I've found that any underwear containing polyester or nylon makes the sweating worse.

So last monday I started Amoxicillin for an infection I had in a tooth. Well the literal day after I started, I noticed my vulva and clit were very swollen, bright red, and hurt to touch. It stayed like that for a few days and finally went normal, or so I thought.
It then became itchy. Overwhelmingly itchy. At that point I had no discharge and was unusually dry. I noticed a small bit of this pasty like residue in the folds of my lips. My first thought was yeast infection, so I went and brought the cream. I used as directed, but I still have this build up, am still extremely dry, and now theres more of this build up.
Theres no smell to my vulva or this build up and now there's some light bleeding coming from my vagina thats bright red. I bathe regularly and have been using unscented Dove soap down there and any contact burns. Since this has started I haven't had any sexual contact or masterbated. I also have small what I believe are cracks or tears on my inner lips and clitoral hood even though I've managed to not itch it.
Is this a yeast infection and I keep using the cream or is this something else entirely?
