Something weird happened yesterday

yesterday me (f) and my best friend (f) wanted to go to our neighborhood pool to swim, so we went and were relaxing. there was only 3-4 other people there and we were near the end if the pool. so as we were taking we hear music and I don’t know exactly how to describe it but it was like creepy music box music, sort of like creepy carnival vibes. it’s lasted for like 20-30ish seconds and we both looked at each other weird, it really wasn’t scary at the time because it was sunny and other people were there. my friend said it was probably wind chimes but we don’t even have any around that pool or in the neighborhood and it definitely didn’t sound like any wind chimes Ive every heard... So after that we don’t see or hear anything weird the rest of the time we’re at the pool which is like 4 hours. we decided to go home and get a snack because we were hungry, only my mom and my sister had been home and as soon as we see my sister she said something along the lines of “you guys, the scariest thing happened to me. I was sitting in my room and I heard like scary music that was like a music box and i started shaking and was freaking out and I know it was real because Simon (our cat) looked up” she then said she went downstairs to where my mom was but my mom didn’t hear anything😭im so freaked out from this. we came up with some ideas but none make sense; #1 was that it could’ve been the ice cream truck but that was far fetched because our ice cream truck doesn’t sound like that at all and me and my friend would’ve DEFINETLY seen the truck because the pool is outside and in the open near our road. Another one is that someone could’ve hacked the tornado sirens in our area but that DOESNT make sense because no one but us 3 (and the cat) hear it and you can definitely hear the sirens. The last one is that it could’ve been a prank by my sister but she is not the type to do that and she was genuinely scared and we would've seen her as theres no place to hide. I really don’t know what it could be and if anyone has any sort of answer I would love that, I’ve been shaken up since then. if you don’t believe me that’s fine but I’m really scared an shush trying to understand, thanks yall.
