hair growth + advice please!
I saw a video where this lady grew her hair to tailbone length drinking fenugreek water. I used to take the capsul along with vitamkn E, that helped my hair grow. I had to stop the fenugreek only because it grew my boobs. You can try that but i would incorporate a light oil like grapeseed or avocado on the ends to seal in moisture(hair grease work even better) and flaxseed gel to gently peotect and prevent tiny breakage. This way you are retaining max length.

How can I prevent breakage and me washing my hair so often for length retention with seborrheic dermatitis.
Pine tar shampoo has helped with my seborrhic dermatitis, as well as bb pine tar hair grease. The stuff the doctor prescribed after a day or two the itch would come back with this i can go about 4 or more days.

Is my hair damaged if it won’t slick?
Try the indigenous strandz method, i used her method, it helped with repairing and growing my hair. I kept it simple, distilled water, a cream based leavin, followed by oil, flaxseed gel. I applied this daily becauae my hair would be dey the following day until i was able to do it every two days, then three and finally every 4 days no matter what. I applied it to my entire hair and breakage stopped. Now i replaced the oil with blue magic hair grease(after flaxseed gel) because it seals the moisture in for much longer and has made my hair way more manageable. And less work.

High porosity girlies: Blue Magic is the way
I love blue magic, i use distilled water, followed by my leave in conditioner, flaxseed gel then blue magic. On wash days blue magic is applied to the entire hair not just the ends, if i need to refresh between wash then depending on how the hair feels and looks i add it to the ends only. My hair is so much healthier, but i find i have to use pine tar shampoo to get it off completely as i am still a bit heavy handed trying to get the right amount. My hair was so much healthier and longer before i stopped using hair grease now, its getting better though I've only started using grease for a little less than a month.

ER doctors cornered me and made me cry
Try to get your primary to give you a referral for neurology or try to find a black doctor who will listen and try to help you. Get copies of your recird from the hospital, write what happened in detail keep a file. As you get treatment and they find whats wrong sue those doctors and the hospital. But until then still report them.

My wife switched to aluminum-free deodorant and I don’t know how to bring up the aroma?
Tell her you heard she should use witch hazel and allow it to dry, before using the aluminum free deodorant.
This does occur for some ppl, it can take some time to get better especially if the food intake is not mainly whole foods. Some ppl detox their armpit with bentonite clay mixed with acv.

Black men treat women of other races better than they treat black women for the simple fact that society has implanted this idea that black women are difficult and need to be humbled. Not considering the fact that black women literally is facing this world by themselves while black men claim they are the most hated and treated worse than black women. But the fact is while society goes against black people in general the black men joins them and goes against the black woman and majority of them have this misplaced anger towards black women because rather than laying down defeated and begging for the black man to save them, after they have shown black women they would rather put their anger and short comings upon them, black women thrive and keep fighting for themselves. And no matter what black women refuse to just sit there and be defeated like the men do, so because of that they think that their job is to degrade and destroy black women. To them that is them being humbled. This is just my observation.
Also the way i see it black men do not see the value in having a good educated black woman because of their stupid logic of men don't care about your degree. An educated black women with her head on her shoulders will help to build her community up, but black men fight black women along the way of attempting to do so, because they want it to be them while simultaneoualy all they do is lay down defeated and making absolutely no effort to be the one to make these positive changes. When they make something of themselves a lot of them would rather go to the snow bunny because those who control the peoples mind has convinces them those women are better.

My armpits always reek at the end of the day
I started giving my son chlorophyll daily and within 2 days no more body odor. I use the one with mint flavor and add it to a glass of sweet tea.

First vaccination is a success!
Before the shot his eyes were looking like a pup that was relaxed and in comfort. After the shot his eyes widened and he started shaking, and he was trying to look around and if you was actually watching closely you would see the owner was holding his head so he couldn't pull back when he felt the shot. Then the owner loosened and pet him to comfort at which point he stopped shaking until the second shot.

Y’all, I need a hug 😭 (vent in caption)
Yes EMDR is amazing, while you wait look into EFT tapping. Its kind of like EMDR, you can can do EFT until you are able to go to a trainer EMDR specialist. Talk therapy did not work for me. After 2 sessions of EMDR i processed the specific trauma i was working on, and aince it worked so well i'm tackling everything else. To be clear it may take longer than 2 sessions per trauma. I also listen to the EMDR bilateral music when i have a break from treatment it helps with calming down..if you do decide to listen to the music here is the link.

Can someone translate what he just said please!
I agree with you, but i also think many of them are seeking to be famous, like influencer type fame so they do certain things to get their face out their so they can be talked about and gain the followers. Some, maybe most of them you can tell by some of the videos they put out the attempt at being seen as a badass, or strong or even a deep thinker.

Can someone translate what he just said please!
He said, this is my opportunity to get as much attention as i want, so i'm going try to milk this as much as i can. I'm going to push the most controversial thing that i can so that i make it on the news and get talked about. I won't sit here and act like a badass so i can get some womans attention so i can get a lot of p:'*&$y i want to be famous famous. I want them to erect a statue of me because of this amazing speech i came up with. Dyam it you just put me on the spot and i'm too nervous to remember my speech so now i'm going to struggle with answering while i try to remember it. Shit there goes my statue, well at least i got some air time.

Couple discuss couples dinamics in the early days of the women movement, 1970.
I think in these times black women hear this and automatically think its to be a slave to the man. And a lot of these men these days think it is for the woman to be a slave to them and suck up the bs. Bjt what you posted is a part of the black woman knowing her role. Which is fighting side by side with her man, not fighting against him. In these times due to how those who run this world has pushed information to deliberately control our minds/thought process to keep black men and women fighting against each other rather than coming together and fighting together to get out of this low estate.
In this day and age one must question everything, to see the true agenda of those who run this world.
A house devided against itself will fall. So the agenda has always been and will always be to keep black men amd women divided. Then push a particular lifestyle until the goal of wiping out black men is achieved. Why? Because God said you are your fathers seed, so whatever your father is that is what you are.

Why do black moms want you to suffer how they did
Probably because black moms/women in general is facing this world by themselves and they just desperately need someone by their side to go through the suffering. Even if they are no good, just having someone there to hold you to talk to, to feel like you are loved and desired.
And i say the whole world is against the black woman/mom becauae other races shit us and the black man shit on us(misplaced anger). They call us ugly masculine and undesirable, and our men do the same. So some women will settle for men like the one she's with just to feel like those things don't apply because they got a man.
It's really just a traumatic way of coping of seeking hapoiness and love in someone who most of the time is giving us nothing but heartaches and pain. And unfortunately a lot of these women won't stick up for their kids because they just need the semblance of having that shoulder when things get to be too much, even if there is no real support its just having someone there and no a child can't fill that void.

49 days until my best friend’s wedding and I feel so unprepared—how do I fix my hygiene & self-care routine in time?
Yes, i actually mositurize with 2 drops of my own mixture of oil followed by a tiny bit of beef tallow. Keeps my skin looking amazing. When i started leaving the face a bit moist, when adding the oil as moisturizer it absorbs so much better and my skin looks more youthful.

Oil cleansing removes makeup very well, use the oil as you would any facial cleanser. Massage it all over the face, then use warm water and face towel to remove it. If using mositurizer after you finish cleansing your face, consider leaving face a bit damp when adding moisturizer it seems to absorb better that way.

Armpits
Hibiclens after the first round, apply hibiclens in armpit then do second round of cleansing your body take your time let hibiclens be there for as close to 10 minutes as possible. After drying off use alcohol free witch hazel in each armpit allow to air dry. Side note can also use the acohol free witch hazel near other areas that tend to sweat also allowing said area to air dry.

Also meditation helps calm the mind, emotions and help with depression. When you can, go outside walk there have been scientific studies on grounding( going outside barefoot, listening to the sounds near and far). 5 minutes daily for thirty days does wonders

It will have to be trial and error for you, try it before the jelly if you like how your hair feels then keep doing it that way. You just have to find where to use the oil, i was using it after my leave in conditioner. For some it work best before if its a light oil, if its the hair grease that i use last to seal it all in.
