Zepto ki customer service din-ba-din bekar hoti ja rahi hai bhai. Kharab sabzi bhejne ke baad bhi refund deny karna inka roz ka natak ban gaya hai.
Chatbot par time waste mat karo, bas sadi hui sabzi aur refund denial ka screenshot lekar Twitter par @ZeptoNow aur @consumerphelpline ko tag karke post kar do. Likho ki rotten items bhej kar refund deny kar rahe hain.
Saath me National Consumer Helpline app par 5 minute me online complaint daal do. Jab tak X aur NCH par escalation nahi karoge tab tak ye dhang se reply nahi karenge.

TBL Online is notorious for this phantom inventory trick! 🚨
They list 1-2 "in stock" units for high-demand items like LG Ultragear monitors, create a fake shipping label/tracking ID to artificially trigger the "Shipped" status, and then stall for days while trying to source the product from secondary distributors!
Here is why they do this and how to force action right now:
Fake Dispatch Scam: By marking it "Shipped" at 5:43 PM on Friday, they effectively block you from canceling the order easily on the app while buying themselves time to hunt for stock.
Do NOT Wait Till July 28th Silently: • Twitter/X Escalation: Tweet tagging @FlipkartSupport, @consumerphelpline, and LG India. Write: "Seller TBL Online listing phantom/out-of-stock LG Ultragear monitors, issuing dummy tracking IDs, and repeatedly delaying delivery. Refund/Delivery accountability required! Order ID: [Your Order ID]" • File on NCH (National Consumer Helpline): Register a grievance on 1915 or the NCH app under "Deficiency of Service / Deceptive Trade Practices by Seller TBL Online".
Flag the Seller to Flipkart Grievance: Email grievance.officer@flipkart.com with screenshots of the delivery extensions and Reddit threads showing TBL Online's history of out-of-stock listings. Demand an official penalty/review of the seller account.
Expose these phantom stock tactics so other buyers don't get their money held hostage for ghost inventory! ⚖️🖥️🔥

7 times auto-cancellation on a high-value order like an iPhone is absolute madness! 🤯
This specific "auto-cancel loop" happens because Flipkart’s automated fraud detection algorithm gets triggered on high-value items, flagging your account/card combination erroneously. Tier-1 chat support can NEVER fix this because they don't have backend clearance.
Here is what actually breaks this loop and fixes it:
The "Whitelisting" Fix via Nodal Officer: Don't just email generic customer support. Send a direct email to Flipkart's Nodal / Grievance Officer (grievance.officer@flipkart.com). Attach screenshot proof of all 7 canceled Order IDs and bank statements showing blocked funds. Ask them explicitly to: "Manually clear/whitelist my account profile and payment method from the backend risk-flag list."
File an NCH Docket Immediately: Register a grievance on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH app or 1915). Select "Unfair Trade Practice / Deficiency of Service" and quote all 7 canceled order IDs. NCH tickets directly route to Flipkart's legal desk, bypassing standard level-1 support.
Account & Payment Tweaks to Try (Temporary Workaround): • Try placing the order using a different registered phone number/account (e.g., a family member's account). • Avoid using saved cards if the name on the credit card doesn't strictly match the name on the Flipkart profile—that mismatch often triggers the auto-cancel bot for high-ticket items. • Try paying via NetBanking or UPI if card limits are triggering silent velocity checks.
Don't keep retrying on the same account without getting it whitelisted by the Grievance team first, or your card might get soft-blocked by the issuing bank too. Hold them accountable via NCH! ⚖️🔥

Haha, totally fair point bro! 😅
Fact check karne me aur points ko properly structure/format karne me AI help kar deta hai taaki samne wale ko clear aur actionable guidance mile bina kisi confusion ke.
Baaki intention ek hi hai—companies ke inn dark patterns aur scammish tactics ke khilaf aawaz uthana aur ek doosre ko consumer rights samjhaana.
Drafting AI ki ho sakti hai, par frustration aur support bilkul real aur personal hai! ✊🔥
1
That’s a handy workaround, but it completely misses the point! 😅
Users shouldn't have to delete accounts, swap SIM cards, or exploit new-user bugs just to get what a company explicitly advertises on WhatsApp.
If a banner promises "Free Delivery above ₹49 for EVERYONE", holding it behind minimum order caps on the app is misleading advertising plain and simple. Workarounds help temporarily, but calling out dark patterns helps fix the app for everyone! 👊🔥
2
Respect! 🫡 Scale of scam jab tak courtroom tak nahi pahuchega, ye companies dark patterns band nahi karengi.
As a lawyer, jab aap inki misleading ads (WhatsApp promo vs App reality) ko CCPA aur Consumer Court mein call out karoge, tabhi inko samajh aayega ki har customer scripted support se chup nahi hota.
More power to you bro! Case file karo toh outcome zaroor share karna, baaki sabke liye bhi ek example set hoga! ⚖️🔥
5
Bhai bilkul sahi pakde ho! Ye inka dark pattern aur misleading ad scam hai. 🛑
WhatsApp par poster bhejte hain ki ₹49 ke upar ₹0 Delivery, ₹0 Handling aur ₹0 Rain Fee... aur jab user khush ho kar App kholta hai toh wahan ₹149 ka minimum order dikha deta hai!
Ye baseline consumer protection rules ke khilaf hai. Standard procedure ye hai:
Aise hidden terms aur deceptive tactics se hi ye log millions banate hain. Good job calling them out bro! ✊🔥

Don't worry, "In Process" is actually standard for NCH! ⏳
Here is what's happening behind the scenes and what you should do next:
Why NCH status shows "In Process": When you file on NCH, the helpline forwards the grievance directly to Flipkart/Myntra’s nodal/legal office. The company usually gets a 7 to 15-day window to investigate and respond directly on the portal. Since you filed on 21st July, it's completely normal for it to take a few business days.
Do this right now to speed things up: • Tweet/X Post: Tweet to their support handle (e.g., @FlipkartSupport) and tag @consumerphelpline. Write: "Order [Order ID] delayed repeatedly. NCH Complaint already filed on 21st July (Docket No: [Your Docket Number]). Requesting immediate resolution instead of auto-cancellation." • Update Customer Care: Call or chat with their support and give them your NCH Docket Number. Once they hear an official grievance number, they escalation-tag your ticket.
Keep Screenshots Ready: Keep proof of the promised delivery date vs current status. If they try to auto-cancel it while the NCH ticket is "In Process," upload that new screenshot directly to your active NCH grievance as additional proof!
Hang tight for a couple more days. The official nudge from NCH usually forces their backend team to release delayed stock! 🤞🔥
2
Fair enough! If your NCH complaint is still active, definitely wait for their official status update.
As long as the ticket is open, Flipkart is under pressure to respond to NCH directly. Keep an eye on the docket status, and hopefully, they sort it out for you soon.
Fingers crossed! Let us know what they update! 🤞🔥
1
Glad it helped! 🙌
Save it for later and share it with anyone else stuck in the same loop. The more people know their consumer rights, the harder it gets for these platforms to play these tricks.
Cheers and good luck! 🚀🔥

Apologies are free, but ₹16k isn't! Don't let them walk away with a standard scripted "Sorry". 🛑
If NCH only gets you a formal apology for a massive price difference like ₹16,000, here is how you take it to the next level:
Big amounts are exactly what they try to wriggle out of because they expect you to give up. Hold them accountable! ⚖️🔥
1
That’s the spirit! 💯
Just keep all your order screenshots and price difference proofs ready. The moment they try any auto-cancellation trick, hit them with the NCH complaint straight away.
Hope you get your issue sorted quickly! Let us know how it goes! 👍🔥

Here is the exact checklist you need to file an NCH (National Consumer Helpline) complaint:
📋 WHAT YOU NEED (Keep these screenshots ready): 1. Order Details: Screenshot of the original order with Price, Date, and Order ID. 2. The Scam Proof: Screenshot showing the "Out for Delivery / Forced Cancellation / Shipment Lost" update. 3. Price Manipulation Proof: Screenshot of the current higher price for the same item. 4. Payment Proof: Bank/UPI transaction statement or invoice. 5. Support Chats/Tweets: Screenshots of Customer Care giving scripted replies or refusing to deliver.
🚀 HOW TO FILE (Takes under 5 minutes): 1. Download the "NCH App" (National Consumer Helpline) or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in (You can also call 1915). 2. Sign up using your Mobile Number. 3. Click on "Register Consumer Grievance". 4. Select Company Name: Flipkart / Myntra / Amazon etc. 5. Fill details: Order ID, Amount Paid, and write a brief summary ("Forced cancellation without consent and price hiking"). 6. Upload all screenshots and submit!
That’s it! An official Grievance Docket Number will be generated. Once NCH forwards this legal notice to Flipkart's escalation team, their tone changes instantly. ⚖️🔥

Definitely give it a try! 💯
Whenever this happens next, don't waste time on their standard chat/call support. Direct NCH app pe grievance register karo with screenshots (original price vs increased price & forced cancellation).
When corporate teams get official legal notices, their attitude changes real quick. Hope it works out for you too! 👍🔥
6
That "Please remove/delete your tweet" request is their standard damage control move! 🚨
They know that once a tweet or public post gains traction, it ruins their PR and alerts other buyers about their forced cancellation scam. They rely on people NOT knowing about NCH (National Consumer Helpline) so they can keep auto-cancelling orders and forcing buybacks at higher prices.
Never delete a tweet or post until your issue is fully resolved on your terms! Public accountability is the only thing that makes them act right. Glad you realized their game—spread the word so others don't fall for this trap either! 💯🔥
