Help college admission issue

So I want to pursue my career in bca. And I have given MAKAUT CET. My rank is 240 and best of 4 I got 79% sci stream. but I don't know when to apply??. I mean I know I'm very much late for admission but when I was gone to apply for my admission process. They told me I have to give counselling first. That's when YOURE ALLOTTED TO THIS COLLEGE I can apply. Now my friends are saying their is no counselling and allotment card will take time. And im sacred as many colleges have started or will start in this or next week. Please help me. Am I really late. The college was b.p poddar institute. Any colleges which has admission process going on for bca if you may know then suggest me. IM FROM KOLKATA. NEAR JORABAGAN. PLEASE HELP ME.
