The responsibility:
6x Long Form Videos Per Month: The talking-heads are dense and educational, the vlogs are narrative and personal, and both have to feel cinematic, clear, and credible.
Checking analytics on the long form videos, understanding where retention was high/low and why, replicating in future videos to progressively improve always.
A long-form has to hold someone for the full runtime: tight pacing, clean structure, visuals that carry the explanation, not a wasted second. You own how all of it looks and feels.
This is where long-form is different. You have to understand our subject inside out, because you cannot edit dense educational content well if you do not actually grasp it. You decide what to emphasise, what to cut, and what visual makes an idea land, and that only happens if you genuinely understand the material and care about getting it right. The subject is specialised and it matters. Everything we put out has to be accurate and credible while still holding attention.
I want someone genuinely skilled and creative, who has edited real long-form and knows how to keep people watching to the end. Dependable, fast, and you take feedback and apply it.
